How Can abdominal Pain And Diarrhoea Be Treated?

My sister has abdominal pain, mid to lower abdomen with bloating, diarrhea, yellow stools, greasy appearing stools. Had a severe attack that sent her to bed with severe mid and pain radiating through to back. Had an ultrasound of the gallbladder, results normal according to primary physician.
